Personal data collected by the ManuREsource committee during registration of participants include name, surname, professional affiliation, address (Country), phone number, e-mail address, nationality and possibly VAT number.
Personal data collected by the ManuREsource committee also includes the information present in submitted abstracts for oral/poster presentation during the call for abstracts.
We will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the adequate organization of the conference and to the following recipients: the accountant of VCM to finish the invoice, the venue and the bus company. Please note that we will not divulge your personal data for direct-marketing purposes.
